Steven R. Davis is licensed to practice law by the Arkansas Supreme Court before all Arkansas State Courts, including the Arkansas Supreme Court, the Arkansas Court of Appeals, all Circuit Courts and all District Courts in the State.  

He is also licensed to practice in all federal courts in the State of Arkansas, including federal district court and the United States Bankruptcy Courts.   Steven R. Davis is licensed to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, which includes Arkansas.  

Steven R. Davis has practiced law in the Little Rock area as a private attorney since 1982.  He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the Pulaski County Bar Association.   He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.     

Steven R. Davis recently decided to switch from representing creditors to representing consumers in debt collection matters.  He finds more satisfaction in helping someone resolve their debt problems than in seizing someone's wages or bank account.

Steven R. Davis is a lifelong resident of Central Arkansas.   Steve and his wife, Diane, have been married for 32 years.   Steve has two adult daughters,  two grandchildren, and one grand-dog.
